After numerous deliberations and discussions on cuisine, location and offerings, Vaishali, Rajesh and Rohit – co-founders and partners in BDS Hospitalities, began their journey as Restaurateurs with the flagship restaurant – East Asia, The Asian Fanfare.
East Asia opened its doors on December 23, 2018 without much fanfare. We left that part out to the Food and the glory it would bring to the discerning customers of a populous, but enterprising northern west suburb – Borivali.
The menu is influenced by the migrants who settled in the early ages in the Gangetic plains of the Himalayas, to the streets of China, winding its way to the night markets of Thailand, the mountainous influences of Vietnam and Laos – covering almost every country in South and East Asia.
Careful thought has gone into the sourcing of local ingredients keeping things fresh as per the seasons and using products that accentuate the final presentation and taste.
East Asia caters to every occasion and every reason to celebrate or come together. Besides being the first in the competitive set to serve Pure Vegetarian Pan Asian Food, we also commit to introducing our patrons to the diversity of cuisines from the region.
So come and explore the chemistry of various flavors and preparations coming together. You may also get a chance to meet with either of the founders and discuss their journey into the hospitality world.
